Welcome to Valora Performance. By accessing our website, purchasing services, or participating in our coaching programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 1. Services

Valora Performance provides online fitness coaching, training programs, educational content, wellness guidance and related services.

All services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

 2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- The information you provide is accurate and current
- You are physically able to participate in exercise activities

 3. Health Disclaimer

Valora Performance is not a medical provider.

Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury, illness or physical harm.

You agree to consult a medical professional if it is necessary to do so in accordance with our pre exercise screening before you proceed with any fitness or nutrition program.

 4. Assumption of Risk

By participating in our coaching programs, workouts or fitness recommendations, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with physical exercise and training.

Valora Performance is not liable for injuries, damages or losses resulting from participation in our services except where required by Australian law.

 5. Coaching Results

Individual results vary.

Valora Performance does not guarantee specific fitness, performance, health or aesthetic outcomes.

Success depends on multiple factors including consistency, effort, lifestyle and individual circumstances.

 6. Payments and Subscriptions

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Subscription services may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

 7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Missed coaching calls, unused programs or change-of-mind purchases may not be eligible for refunds.

Clients may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase.

 8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Follow programs responsibly
- Disclose relevant medical conditions or injuries
- Communicate honestly with coaches
- Use services lawfully and respectfully

 9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Valora Performance, including training programs, videos, documents, branding and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of Valora Performance.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission.

10. Online Conduct

Users must not:

- Abuse or harass staff or other clients
- Share account access with others
- Upload harmful or unlawful material
- Attempt to interfere with the website or services

 11. Third-Party Platforms

Valora Performance may use third-party software, payment providers and communication platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions or issues caused by third-party services.

 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valora Performance excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

 13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 14. Changes to Services or Terms

Valora Performance may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
